Duties

1.Nik Sokoli    

Director of City Planning office

The director of the City Planning is also the secretary of TAC (Territory Adjustment Council) and he is also responsible for City Planning work. Directs the drafting and projection work on general and regulatory plans; works on the master plans for territorial development, works on City Planning studies. Prepares technical documents and presents them to the Regional Council. Oversees the drafting of Plans and surveys for the communes as well as villages and collaborates with public and private planning institutions.

2.Nikoleta Marku

Specialist on City Planning Law (Lawyer)

Checks the documents of study requirements, Square and Construction Permissions and all the agreements, ownership issues and their legal validity and drafts the appropriate blank documents. Deals with the resident’s and institution’s requirement and complaints, particularly with different conflicts, implementation of the projects, verification of the act of settlement, the building of the foundations and framing of  houses, based on City Planning required conditions by the rule of City Planning.

3.Nikolin Biba

Specialist on engineering infrastructure and of evaluation of environmental impact, evaluates the projects on engineering network, such as the link to the road, electric energy, water-supply, KUB, KUZ, telephone, rules on ecological protection, the evaluation of environmental plant, verifies them in the field and evaluates them. In collaboration with the specialist, prepares the material for the Technical Council and TAC.
