Continuously follows the problems that are encountered in the service sections at the Region level and institutional law and working towards a solution for these problems.

The realization of a new reform on rural roads in order to provide  effectiveness and quality improvement.

The execution of Instruction number 12 of the Public Affairs,

Transport and Telecommunication Ministry on the distribution and deliverance of papers for taxi services of the Municipalities and Communes.

Collaboration with the Directorate of Education and with the directors of Local Unit for the implementation of  VKM nr. 208 on date 08.05.1997 "For the confrontation of the transport expenditure of teachers and students". Prepares and sends decisions projects of the Council to the Education Offices for implementation.

Coordinates the work between central and local institutions for the solving of problems that deal with public services.
